LENTIL BOLOGNESE

With the current Coronavirus outbreak, it’s more important than ever to keep your body healthy and also to be sensible with your food intake - who knows if and when we may get stuck indoors for a few weeks! This recipe uses mainly cupboard & freezer ingredients so is a great one if you are running out of fresh food! Lentils are a great vegetarian source of protein - I’ve been eating more and more veggie meals recently and I have to admit I'm not missing meat that much - if you know me, that is a bold statement as I usually can’t have a meal without some meat in it!! Give this one a try and let me know what you think!
