My classes are an opportunity to exercise in a group setting. They are a fun and friendly atmosphere and are suitable for all abilities - you may be experienced or a complete beginner, the weights can be adapted to your strength. I offer 3 types of class throughout the week and a mum & baby session. There is a maximum of 8 people in each session which allows me to assist everyone with exercises if needed. BURN
A mixture of weighted, body weight and cardio exercises in a circuit style class, aiming to help BURN fat and tone your muscles. You will be working in small groups on various exercises for a set time period, mixing lower body, upper body, core and cardio exercises to work your whole body. Weights can be tailored to your own strength so you can work at your own ability.
BUILD
A strength-based workout to BUILD muscle and strength. We will focus on compound movements (squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts etc) which will leave you feeling stronger and fitter. We will finish with a high intensity section to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling like you’ve worked hard!
SWEAT
A fusion of BURN and BUILD. This Saturday morning workout will get your endorphins flowing for the weekend. We will work through a combination of weighted exercises, body weight exercises and cardio exercises to get your muscles working and heart rate racing.
FIT MAMAS
A fitness session for mums and their babies. The workout will be a circuit style session using weights, body weight and cardio machines which will leave you feeling energised. All ages of babies are welcome. Some toys will be provided but feel free to bring additional toys to keep your baby entertained! There will be a maximum of 5 people in this session to allow room for the babies too!
